When Mike came over to provide a quote, I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He then invited my wife and me to his showroom, and it was a great experience. There were many options to choose from, and Mike did an excellent job helping us narrow down the type and color of flooring that best fit our home. We were even able to take samples home and lay them out in different rooms to see how they looked in our space. Once we selected the flooring, Mike and his crew got started on the demolition right away. After that, the installation itself went quickly, and we were blown away when we walked in and saw our new floors. I appreciated that Mike did a final walkthrough and made sure that we were well taken care of. I was in urgent need of a floor trim and carpet for our bedroom closet as we were preparing to sell our home. Sergio was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. While he didn’t have the exact trim I was looking for, he generously gave me a similar one at no charge just to help me out which I truly appreciated. What really stood out was how prompt and efficient he was. He understood the urgency and had his team Carlos and his son out to my home the same day! They worked quickly, professionally, and even offered to help with another closet using the leftover carpet for a very reasonable price. Thanks so much to Michael and Israel & his team for helping us with the recent floor renovation at San Diego Center for Endodontics. We had worked with Michael once before when we had some carpets placed in our home. It was a great experience. Michael was very attentive to detail and helped us make good decisions by providing honest feedback and good recommendations. So when this project came up at the office, naturally, I called Michael. As we were going back and forth working through the project and deciding what would look best in our space, Michael had great advice. He provided a balanced perspective of pros and cons of different floor & design choices, but ultimately left it up to us to decide what was best. I never felt pressure to go one way or the other and felt he wanted us to have the best result for us. And we do! For installation, Israel and his team were nothing short of phenomenal. We had a tough schedule for prep and installation because we were still actively working in the building and they had to plan around us. Even with all the challenges, their attention to detail, their ability to plan, and their meticulous work showed through.
